According to a new research note, Apple plans to release its first foldable iPhone model and a successor to the iPhone 11 with a lower price tag of $ 600 in 2023.
Well-known analyst Kuo believes that if Apple solves key folding device technology and mass production challenges this year, it could launch a 7.5-8-inch foldable iPhone by 2023 .
Lately, several reports have suggested that the company is working hard on this type of device. Some expect Apple to release the device in late 2022, while Kuo says the foldable iPhone will only arrive in 2023. Additionally, the Cupertino giant is rumoured to have worked with Samsung and LG on foldable OLED display technology.
